Prices per night

Our prices are per night and are starting prices. In summer the +Card Holiday is included — it covers many mountain lifts and lake beaches that would otherwise cost extra. You'll see the binding price for your dates in the booking calendar.

What you actually pay in the end

Nothing else is added. No service fee, no booking fee, no charge for bed linen.

The +Card Holiday is included in summer: the Nassfeld mountain lifts and the region's lake baths cost nothing extra.

Children under 17 pay no tourist tax. A dog costs €15 per stay. You'll see the binding price for your dates in the booking calendar.

What else is added — and why

    Once per stay. In return, all you need to do on departure day is pack your bags.

    Per person and night from age 17. It goes to the municipality, not to us — it's what keeps the region going.

    Per night once you hook up. Water and Wi-Fi are already included on the pitch.

What's included in the price?
The apartment's full furnishing is part of it. In summer you also get the +Card Holiday — with it, many of Nassfeld's summer mountain lifts and the region's lake beaches are free. Final cleaning, tourist tax and an optional dog come on top; every amount is listed openly in the price table.
How does booking work?
Two ways, both equally good: check availability straight in the booking calendar and book — or send us an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or the form. During the day we usually reply within a few hours.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. In the apartment a dog costs €15 per stay, and up to two dogs are welcome. On the camper pitch, dogs stay free.
What is the +Card Holiday and what does it save me?
You get the +Card Holiday from us in summer. With it, numerous Nassfeld summer mountain lifts and the region's lake beaches are included — real added value, especially when you're travelling as a family.
Is bed linen included?
In Apartment 2, bed linen is included. For Apartment 1 we're just sorting this out — simply ask when you enquire and we'll give you a firm answer.
How far is it to the ski area and the lake, and where do I park?
It's 3 km to Pressegger Lake, about 20 minutes by car to the Nassfeld valley station and around 15 minutes to Hermagor. You can park right at the accommodation.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. In Apartment 1 and on the camper pitch, Wi-Fi is included. For Apartment 2 we'll gladly confirm it when you enquire.
Do you speak Dutch and English?
Yes, gladly. Wij spreken Nederlands — and of course we speak English too. As a Dutch family, we're at home in all three languages.
